Loyalty Program assists customers with collecting equivalent amount to approximately 5% of each transaction as their loyalty points (“points”). Value of approximately 5% is active for the time being however subject to change. Points do not expire unless notified. Points will be accumulated and can be used at the next purchase. Redeemed points are not refundable, and points are not transferable into any other form of currency. Loyalty Program applies to retail purchase only, excludes custom orders and some special items. Loyalty points do not get accrued when there is a sale storewide.

 

We have 2 different loyalty point systems - In-store/ Online

 

In-store: We will ask your permission to join our program at the time of purchase, once you join and supply personal information, you will be registered as a member and your information will be safely stored according to our privacy policy.

Basic information we require is full name, email address, phone number and postcode.

Loyalty points cannot be used with in-store Afterpay or Zip Pay payments.

 

Online Store: You need to create an online account. There is a small popup button on right bottom corner. Click it to sign up or see details about the online loyalty points. You can also easily track your points through this button.

 

BIRTHDAY COUPON T & C's 

Loyalty customers who have provided their email address and birthday will receive a $10 birthday coupon in the month of their birthday.

Coupon codes are emailed out at the start of every month. Coupons are only valid for one use per person and only in the birthday month.

Available to be used in-store or online.
