RETAIL ORDERS

Return/ refund is acceptable within 14 days from the delivery date that is indicated in the shipping tracking details. The receipt must be provided and an item must be in clean, unused original condition with tag attached.

Christmas period exchange (purchased between September to December) is within 30 days from the delivery date.

Purchase made by Afterpay or Zip Pay is not refundable. Your products can be exchanged into different products or store credit can be given.

Exchange into a different size or style is acceptable within 30 days from the delivery date that is indicated in the shipping tracking details. The receipt must be provided and the item must be in clean, unused original condition with tag attached.

We have a size chart available on the website to aid in choosing the correct fit to avoid disappointment. 

To receive a refund or exchange, visit us in store, or contact us first and post the product to the address below at your own expense. In case of exchange, customer is required to enclose a new prepaid satchel for new items to be posted back. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the postage both ways, to return the item and to have the new item sent.

Damaged goods due to negligence of customers are not exchangeable or refundable. 
Our products are self-explanatory and we ensure to send products in complete conditions.

As custom orders are specially produced for a specific client, they are not refundable or exchangeable.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Do not iron. If you wish to use our products wrinkle free, we recommend garment steamer. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Wash at or below 30 degree. Tumble dry low. Keep away from naked flame. Normal machine wash is good enough but gentle wash or hand wash is recommended for longer lifespan. Dryer is not recommended. Do not wash with a sharp object that can damage the apparel. 

Over time, inks and fabric might relax and soften clothing, and it may enhance wearing experience.

Results and satisfaction from wearing our products may vary from individuals depending on different usage and level of expectation. Due to the general nature of textile products, wear and tear happens. It is out of our control how individuals use our products. We do not take responsibility for an individual's odour or individual applications and care methods.
