Jerome has been working over a year now at Design Works, since October last year. He is a tech savvy person and he finished his study at James Cook University, Bachelor of Information Technology this year.

Jerome is solution-focused and always ready-to-act. He is our IT technician, problem-solver, customer service representative, and store manager. If we have IT issues or want to check Willows stock, we ask Jerome. He is very resourceful, and skilful with online research in various aspects. Jerome also completed Digital Marketing Strategy course with RMIT, to expand his speciality.

Jerome is from Mackay and living in Townsville, born and bred North Queenslander. Jerome is a bit of a tinker and PC enthusiast. He loves to open up and build PCs.

Our Willows store is open 9am-5pm Monday – Friday and 9am-2pm on the weekends.
