Nichola has been with Design Works Apparel since early 2025, based at the Smithfield store in the Cairns Northern Beaches region. She delivers excellent customer service, with a strong focus and genuine passion for helping others. Her background includes extensive experience in fostering connections between businesses and government.

Originally from Papua New Guinea, Nichola developed an interest for rural development through the rural aviation industry while working with Rural Airstrips. This passion inspired her to pursue further studies, and she is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Aviation at CQUniversity in Cairns.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and working on creative projects.
